Early in life, I had a desire to pursue a career in physical therapy, but life took me in a different direction. I spent most of my life in the corporate IT field and eventually got burnt out working in that world.
Several years ago, I began a journey to improve my overall health and fitness and developed a desire to help others achieve their goals. In 2016, I became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), attended an Elite Training Workshop (ETW) and received my certification in Resistance Band Training (RBT). Due to my passion and love for golf, I wanted to further my fitness education by learning about golf fitness. In 2017, I received my certifications in Integrated Flexibility Training (IFT) and Golf Fitness Specialist (GFS).
As I continue my education, I have added the following certifications:
Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS), Integrated Core Training (ICT) and TRX Suspension Training Course (STC). In addition, I keep my CPR/AED certification current.
Flexibility, balance, core stability, strength, power, body awareness and even endurance are all physical traits that every person must possess in their daily activities. We can work together to improve your performance with less injuries.
Charity Beschta, RDN, CD, NHA
Charity Beschta was raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm and has been interested in nutrition since childhood. At an early age, Charity began to learn where food comes from and carved her path to an education in nutrition. She was very active in sports through her high school and college years and developed a love for fueling the body the right way with food and hydration.
Charity received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and completed leadership and dietetics internship through University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. After completing her degree and internship, Charity has been employed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Long Term Care and Short Term Rehabilitation assisting patients with a variety of nutritional needs.
In her spare time, Charity conducts sports nutrition presentations at local schools and wellness programs at private business entities. Charity enjoys cooking and being active outdoors with her family.
