Water is vital for your body. Did you know that around 60% of the adult human body weight is water? Water plays a major role for your body and provides many benefits. Water helps with the following:

It is important to drink water before, during and after your workouts. I know it can be hard to consume water throughout the day when you are not working out. If you try drinking 2 cups (16 ounces) of water before three meals each day, you will have consumed 6 cups (48 ounces) of water already. Also, drinking water before your meals will fill you up and you will eat less.
