Chicken and Cabbage Dish

If you like cabbage, this is a great recipe to make for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Yes, I said breakfast. Think out of the box!

Ingredients (1 serving – make to your measurements):

  • Butter
  • Sweet Onion, chopped
  • Green Cabbage, chopped
  • Everything but the Bagel spice
  • Baked Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 Eggs, scrambled

Directions:

  1. Melt a little Butter in a large saucepan and sauté the Sweet Onion and Green Cabbage with a few shakes of the Everything but the Bagel spice, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Baked Skinless Chicken Breast and Eggs to saucepan; stir until eggs are scrambled.
  3. Serve hot.

Remember to think out of the box for breakfast. This is the best advice I received from my Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
